Jason Mann, President & Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and President, Jason Mann brings over twenty-five years of strategic and operational experience in Department of Defense medical operations, logistics, supply chain management, facility sustainment services and project management. Jason is an energetic, forward-thinking leader who is skilled in providing vision, strategy, and innovative solutions to complex healthcare facility lifecycle management operations.
Upon retirement from the United States Army in 2017, Jason served as the Director of Programs for The OutFit, where he was uniquely qualified to lead the robust and dynamic programs providing Facility Sustainment Services to US Army Medical Command. His prior experience was critical in managing a global team of 70+ technical experts, analysts, and database specialists. Additionally, he oversaw many other projects and provided executive-level guidance on critical policies and initiatives.
Jason is a graduate of Missouri State University, Springfield, MO, with a bachelor’s degree in Education. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster’s University in St. Louis, MO.
In his free time, Jason can be found on the golf course or spending time with his wife Elizabeth and children, Jakob and Kaleb.

With a deep expertise in Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Facilities Management, Real Property, Asset Management, Facility Condition Assessments, Project Management, and Professional Technical Services, Tim excels in delivering innovative solutions that drive organizational success.
A strong advocate of collaboration and mentorship, Tim believes in fostering environments where helping others succeed ensures collective achievement. His values are grounded in a family-first mindset and a relentless drive for success.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys honing his skills on the golf course and at the billiards table.

Andie Giles, Program Support Specialist & Marketing Coordinator
Andie is a driven marketing professional with experience across Ad Tech, Banking, Government Contracting, and Real Estate Industries. She is known for her strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and ability to support teams through clear communication and organized strategies.
She holds a Master’s in Marketing Research and Analytics and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University. She currently serves as a Program Support Specialist on the RPIE contract, supporting operations, team communication, and process improvements. With a background in project coordination, campaign support, and tools like Canva, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office, Andie is passionate about delivering results. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting and crafting.
